Order confirmation

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

Upon placing your order you will receive an email within 15 minutes, although during busy periods this can take longer.

Please save or print your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Throughout the order process you will continue to receive regular email updates.

I never received a confirmation email, what should I do?

Step 1.
Please check your junk mail folder. Depending on your anti-spam settings, your mailbox may be identifying your confirmation emails as spam.

Step 2.
We recommend checking your online shopping account details to confirm which email address your order was placed with. If your account's order history is empty you may have used a different account at the time of purchase, or you may have checked out as a guest user with a different email address.

Step 3.
If you are having difficulty remembering which email address you may have used, or if you still have not received a confirmation email within the first 24 hours of your purchase, please contact our customer service team.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has been despatched?

Home Delivery
We will send you an email when your order has been despatched.


Click & Collect
You will receive a 'ready for collection' email.


International Delivery
We will send you an email when your order has been despatched.


I didn't receive a confirmation receipt from my purchase on an in store kiosk, what should I do?

If you entered an email address at checkout on the in store kiosk, you will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes. If you did not enter an email address please contact our customer services team.
