Update/change my account details

How can I change my account's email address?

Step 1 -

Once you have logged into my online shopping account please choose “Edit details” on the “My details” page.


Step 2 -

Here you can change your email address as you please, as well as your title, name and date of birth. Choose "Save changes" when you are done editing your details.

Please note the email address you provide will be the email address that is used to login to your online shopping account and where we send any correspondence.


How do I change my password?

Step 1 -

Once you have logged into my online shopping account you can change your password by choose "Manage password" in "my details".


Step 2 -

Fill in the form and choose "update".

How can I change my preferred delivery information?

Step 1 -

Once you have logged into my account please choose "My Address Book" in "My Account".


Step 2 -

From here you can choose to either edit your existing address, or you can add a new address. Please keep in mind that this includes your preferred phone number, email address, and name. All email communication, including order confirmation, will be sent to the email address that you have included in your preferred delivery address.


Step 3 -

Fill in the form and choose "add address".


Step 4 -

If you have multiple addresses, please remember to tick which address you would prefer to use before you make a purchase. This information will then be used to automatically fill in your delivery details during checkout.

How can I change my payment details?

Step 1 -

Once you have logged into my account please choose "My payment cards" in "My Account".


Step 2 -

From here you can choose to either edit your existing payment details, or you can add a new payment card. Please keep in mind that for billing purposes this includes your phone number, email address, and name.


Step 3 -

Fill in the form and choose "Save Payment Card".

How do I add or change my Beauty Club details?

Step 1 -

Once you have logged into my account you can add a new Beauty Club card and change existing Beauty Club card details by choosing “My Beauty club” in "My Account".


Step 2 -

Fill in the 19 digit ID, which can be located on the back of your card, and click "Save". Beauty points will now automatically be added to your Beauty Club Card the next time you purchase beauty products with your account.


Can I choose to subscribe/unsubscribe to Debenhams email newsletters?

Once you have logged into your account you can tick or un-tick the subscription box in "My details".

  • Ticked = Yes I would like to receive email newsletters from Debenhams
  • Un-ticked = No, I do not want to receive email newsletters from Debenhams
